Balcones Springs' own Marko Ellinger has prepared unforgettable meals all over the world, so
we're thrilled to have him back in the Hill Country. Whether your tastes run eclectic or
traditional, Chef Marko will create a complete menu from the appetizers through the desserts. All
food and beverage, with the exception of wedding cakes, are provided by Balcones Springs.* Food stations, buffet service and plated service are all available for rehearsal dinners as well as receptions. Some services may incur additional charges due to additional rentals or service.
